Let's talk about CRM for a second. What's CRM? Cockpit Resource Management, which is basically a fancy way of saying "getting the crew members to work together toward a common goal". Good CRM is a beautiful thing - you know what the other crew member is thinking and everyone performs their duties in a synchronized and orderly fashion.

These guys take CRM to a whole new level. They are flying a C-130 Hercules aircraft at an airshow, and it's pretty amazing to watch how the 3 crew members synch up. It's the aviation equivalent of ballet.

Speaking of Blue Angels, I suppose you heard about the airshow cancellations.

Man, that is cool. It's a good show seen from the ground, even better from inside the cockpit. And as for the hula girl on the dash... Genius!

Awesome Video thanks for sharing. Great CRM but you gotta love the landing descent!

After watching this, I watched a couple of other Fat Albert Youtube clips. It seems they use JATO quite a bit. I couldn't dectect whether they use JATO in this takeoff. Also, it struck me as strange that two of the crew were apparently not even strapped in.

One Youtube clip showed them shredding a tire on one of their patented landings, possibly due to them locking up the brakes. Exciting, but seemed perhaps a little too much cowboy.

OMG!... I think I'll fly with another airline, please, I don't think my stomach (or the other end for that matter) would cope with doing that!

Man, I am glad summer is finally here and let the airshows begin.

Great video of the Blue Angels, my favorite airshow team.

Gonna grab my Randolph Concorde aviator sunglasses and checkout where the next Blue Angels airshow will be.
