Must be some place with a very important Tobacco economy...? Where folks haven't been indoctrinated into the evils of mouth and throat cancer so still chew a lot? .... maybe Cuba?

South...I can see NC or SC. That's home of big tobacco. The further west you go, however, the less people smoke - especially in CA (with the exception of Las Vegas and Reno, NV)

That's hilarious. I haven't run into that one yet. Do they have no spitting rooms as well as no smoking ones?
